To use the barcode creation click on the Barcode Creation button in the left frame. This will cause a new window to open within your browser with the form partly filled in.

  The information on the form is as follows:

           1.    AWB Prefix: The air waybill prefix

2.    AWB Number: The air waybill number

3.    Origin: The origin of the consignment

4.    Destination: The ultimate destination of the consignment

5.    Piece Count: How many items make up the consignment

6.    Weight of Consignment: The total weight of the consignment

To generate barcode labels complete the form and click on the Generate Barcode button and after a few seconds the barcode labels will be displayed.

Note

The layout of barcode pages can be optimized by setting the margins of the page to 0 (zero). This is achieved by using the File/Page Setup option on your browser.

To print the barcodes you must use the File/Print option on your browser.
