1.0 Purpose
This document serves to establish a procedure in the usage of statistical techniques as a control measure on the inspection shipment.
2.0 Scope
Applicable to all import shipments and export shipments handled by Mantraco.

4.0 Procedure
  • Where appropriate, statistical techniques shall be used for quantifying the characteristic and analysing quality data.
  • The quality Management, together will the following personnel shall identify and specify the relevant statistical techniques to be applied within the company.

    - Operations Manager
    - Import Executive
    - Senior Breakbulk Supervisor
    - Warehouse Office
    - Traffic Supervisor
    - Assistant Export Manager
