            or airfreight agents
 5. Late delivery of urgent shipment 6. Late collection of urgent shipment 7. Mistake made by staff resulting in  
            the loss/damage of a shipment
 8. Mistake made by staff resulting in a breach  
            of the Customs/TDB and/or other regulations
 (Import/Export)
 9. Failure to follow standard working  
            procedures 10. Failure to arrange or to clear shipment(s) 11. Failure to comply to ISO 9002 requirements/procedures
 12. Delay in clearance of urgent shipment(s) 13. When discrepancies are found on  
            shipments at the warehouse
 14. Any other instances deemed necessary  
            by the section/dept head or anyone in  
            similar
 capacity
